Symposium Venue
The Symposium will be held at Hilton Bursa from June 25–28, 2026.
Invitation Letters
Upon request, official invitation letters for institutional permission purposes will be provided by the Symposium Secretariat. These letters are intended solely to facilitate attendance approval and may not be used for any other purpose. All registration, accommodation, and travel expenses are the responsibility of the participants.
Name Badges
All participants will receive a name badge. For security and organizational purposes, participants are kindly requested to wear their badges throughout all scientific and social activities during the Symposium.
Speakers’ Ready Room
A Speakers’ Ready Room will be available throughout the Symposium for presenters who wish to review their presentations. Presentations will be uploaded to the Symposium computers by the technical staff.
Certificate of Attendance
Certificates of attendance will be sent electronically to all participants via email after the conclusion of the Symposium.
Abstract Information
Abstracts will be accepted in two formats: oral presentations and poster presentations. Abstracts must be submitted through the Symposium website no later than June 8, 2026.
Secretariat Services
The Symposium Secretariat, located at the venue, will be available to assist participants and respond to inquiries throughout the event. For any questions prior to the Symposium, please contact Burkon Tourism.
